I am the artist behind LSDS—La Sirena Del Sol, meaning “the mermaid of the sun.”
Born and raised in Southern California, I’ve been a water baby my whole life. From surfing to paddling outrigger canoe, the ocean has always shaped who I am. I was always drawn to jewelry that felt magical and feminine, but nothing could keep up with my life in the water—it would tarnish, fade, or feel too delicate for everyday wear.
After years of working in a surf shop, I saw that I wasn’t alone. So many women were searching for jewelry that felt beautiful and expressive, yet durable enough for an ocean lifestyle. That’s when I decided to create it myself.
